Home remedies for Freckles by Dr. Khurram
- Spinach 1/3 glass
- Sweet lemon juice 1/3 glass
- Yeast 1 tablespoon
- Neurobion/ folic acid 1 tablet
Make a drink of spinach, sweet lemon and yeast; take 1 tablet of neuro bion with this drink daily in the morning.
Take Aloe Vera gel 1 tablespoon, add crushed vitamin c tablets /citric acid 1 tablespoon, add 2 to 3 capsules of vitamin E and add vitamin A in it, this will keeps your face fresh and control extra oil from skin and gives subtle look to your face and also helps to close open pores of skin. Do some physical activity daily and get your skin sweat to balance melanin.
Take fresh lemon juice in a bowl add 2 teaspoons of sugar in it, mix it well, now dip cotton ball in this solution and apply on freckled area, leave as it is for at least 10 minutes and then wash it off with fresh water. Do this daily to lighten your freckles over time.
Spread ¼ cup sour cream on freckles; wait for 10 minutes and let sour cream absorbed into your skin. After that wash it off with water, you can also use whole milk if sour cream is not available.
Fruits are very good for the nourishment of your body, as well as its direct application on the skin will also help to rejuvenate your upper skin layer naturally. Mash kiwi and strawberries in a bowl and rub this mixture on your face especially on your freckles, let this paste dries naturally then rinse this off with water; you can also use cucumber or apricots.
Tips: Use spinach, fenugreek leaves, iron-rich food and barely corn or all brown snacks in your food. Also use milk and yogurt to get healthy and flawless skin.
