Like if in normal days we are taking 800 calories in our food, we should have to decrease that amount of calories to 400 or 300 per day by eating less fatty food. 1.  Mix 1 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp lemon juice add in one cup of water. Take this solution in morning on an empty stomach, this trick can be helpful in quick healthy weight loss.

2.  Add 1 tsp Lentils (مسور کی دال) in 4 glass of water, cooked Lentils until the half of water. After that put in such place for over night where fresh air is present. In morning screen the water from Lentils, Now add 2 drops of lemon juice and pepper in the remaining water. Drink the water regularly for 40 days.

3.  After awakening in morning drink 5 glass of lukewarm water, This may burn extra body fats and help you to lose extra weight.

4.  Take 1 tsp honey, 3 tsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp pepper. Mix all the ingredients in one cup of water and drink it. Doing so for 3 months can cause weight loss.

5.  Take 1/2 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp ginger powder and mix them well, Now intake them with water or chewed the mix products. Doing so regularly may help in weight loss.


Along with that if you control your again and again eating habit and eat fresh fruits andvegetables, you can loss weight in healthy way.

In addition, you can easily lose weight if you do exercises regularly in morning or evening. If you can’t go to gem for exercise then do simple exercises at home. For example, Stand straight up and put you both hands on hips. Now first slowly lean to one side and in next step to other side.
