For many of us, it’s difficult to afford several visits to the dentist. Then, how to get white teeth? Strawberries consist of Malic acid that helps in whitening the teeth. Slice the berries in half. Rub them on your teeth. Immediately brush with fluoride toothpaste. Alternatively, you can mash the berries and utilize them as toothpaste.
2. Baking Soda
Mix two tablespoons, each of baking soda and toothpaste. Place this mixture on the aluminium foil. Put and press the foil on your teeth. Leave it for half to one hour. Then, brush with regular toothpaste.
Else, sprinkle baking soda on your toothpaste and brush with it.
Note: Do not employ this remedy more than once a week.
Mix equal quantities of both water and hydrogen peroxide. Use this solution to gargle. This is the effective home remedy to prevent the growth of bacteria and get white teeth.
Take a small amount of toothpaste and mix wood ash in it. Brush your teeth with it. Wood ash contains potassium hydroxide that helps you in getting white teeth.
Note: Potassium hydroxide is a hard substance; therefore, its prolong use can damage your teeth.
Combine sea salt with cider vinegar, and prepare a paste. Apply this paste on your teeth. Use this remedy twice a month.
Note: Repeated use of this remedy can increase sensitivity and damage your teeth.
Take some toothpaste and mix table salt, hydrogen peroxide, and baking soda in it. Use it to brush your teeth. It will eliminate stains and make your teeth white.
Wipe sage leaves over teeth. Alternatively, dry and pound sage leaves for using it as a tooth powder. It’s a quick teeth-whitening home remedy.
“An apple a day, keeps the doctor away.” Apples also help you to get white teeth. Therefore, eat apples and see the difference.
Take half glass of water. Squeeze half lemon in it. Stir well. Use this solution to gargle. Repeat using the remedy once or twice a week.
Note: Do not practice this remedy more than twice a week. Avoid direct use of lemon on teeth; otherwise, it may damage your teeth.
